Network Updates

In the past couple of days, I’ve focused on fixing a few things around the network, primarily backend coding and adjustments that have been bothering me for a while. I’ve also taken the time to read up on some CSS tutorials, which I plan to implement during the next layout change for either Enamour or Aelysia. Stay tuned for those updates. In case you're interested, I've added the link via Memento.
    Accessibility Improvements
  • Cliques – A new page has been added to my domain specifically for cliques/webrings/etc. I didn’t want to overcrowd my index page, as I strive to keep that area minimalistic and focused on faster loading times for everyone.
  • Navigation – The joined fanlistings and guestbook links have been removed from the navigation and added to the index page. Additionally, the contact form link is now placed in the main navigation for easier access.

  • Fanlisting Updates
  • Donation – A hide/show feature has been implemented for specific fields to appear for new donors.

  • Miscellaneous Updates
  • News Script – A snippet of my three most recent update log entries has been added to my domain's front page, so I no longer need to manually update the index page each time a new update is posted.
  • Coding – The HTML <optgroup> tag has been implemented to better group options in dropdown menus, offering a cleaner structure rather than using &nbsp; within the <option> tag.

When Winter Feels Like Spring

The long-awaited fanlisting collective is now officially live: we proudly present Enamour. Cerine and I agreed to debut a spring-themed layout during the winter season. In my view, waiting an additional two months would have risked losing the design inspiration entirely. The color scheme bears a resemblance to the Shinshi Doumei Cross fanlisting layout, though this was entirely unintentional. The layout is intentionally minimalist to maintain clarity and organization.

This design prominently features Kaiou Michiru (Sailor Neptune) in both her princess and super forms from the series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. The theme embraces a floral aesthetic, incorporating peach and seafoam pastels with a subtle vintage undertone.

In addition to this grand (re)opening, the following tasks have been completed:
  1. Removed inactive affiliates
  2. Notified current affiliates regarding our site relocation
  3. Submitted applications for new affiliations
  4. Refined backend coding through extensive adjustments
  5. Added additional link bank buttons in multiple sizes
  6. Revised phrasing and wording in select sections for clarity

New Themes

The long-awaited themes for Celestialis and Skylude are now up and running. Celestialis' design features Monou Kotori from X/1999, while Skylude's design features Megurine Luka from VOCALOID. I must admit, I try to avoid overusing pink, but I hope you enjoy the new designs nonetheless.

Resolution Changes
We have also extended our newer layouts to 1200px wide, taking into account the increased screen compatibility of modern devices. Older layouts are starting to appear smaller on browsers, and this update ensures the designs are more appropriately scaled for current screen sizes. If the layouts do not display correctly on your end, please let us know, and we will address the issue.
