RSS Feed Implementation

I've recently completed another round of development on Disclosure, this time focusing on improving how update logs can be distributed and consumed beyond the site itself.
One of the main additions is a new RSS 2.0 feed. The feed is generated directly from Disclosure's database and automatically includes the latest entries, along with their titles, publication dates, permalinks, authors, categories, and content. The feed is also available through a cleaner /feed.xml address for compatibility with RSS readers and other applications.
Alongside the RSS implementation, I added additional XML escaping and CDATA handling to ensure that existing HTML content can be preserved without interfering with the XML structure. The database and connection handling were also updated to use utf8mb4, allowing the system to properly support the full range of Unicode characters, including modern emoji.
The generated feed has been tested and validated through the W3C Feed Validation Service, and everything is now functioning as expected. This is a relatively small addition to Disclosure, but it opens the door for update logs to be followed through RSS readers and potentially integrated with other applications in the future.
