Crystallis

If you've been keeping up with the updates prior to this, you know what to expect and it’s something I’ve been working on for a while now. Please check out our newest collective, Crystallis. The name itself is currently still in the air as my mind of its' name might change. In the meantime, I'll settle for this name.

This hub showcases various fanlistings and shrines from our personal fandoms based on Square Enix‘s popular franchise Final Fantasy. This collective was named after the Fabula Nova Crystallis, a subseries of games linked by a common crystal mythos which includes Final Fantasy XIII series, Final Fantasy Type-0 and Final Fantasy XV, but in different universes.

I wanted to make this collective a little different for a change. I decided that I’d put all the contents in one page and somehow integrate a responsive DIV/CSS with smooth scrolling as you click on the navigation. On top of that, for every visit, the header constantly changes. What was your first Final Fantasy series you’ve seen on your first visit?


Fanlisting Add-Ons

Over the week I’ve decided to individually make a few additions and amendments to each fanlistings. They took a while since I’m so caught up with college and work just drains me all the time. Without further ado, here are the updates/changes:
  1. Added source code reminders.
    Please be mindful that viewing source codes are for learning purposes only and not something to take and slap it on your site. We’ve been receiving reports on others stealing source codes from us, particularly CSS (as placement orders).
  2. All fanlisting rules are lifted.
    If you own a site, it's not a requirement to have our link to our FLs listed. Though it’s recommended so that we can get more fans to join.
  3. Donation forms added.
    We figured this feature is useful for our fanlistings since it actually came with the script itself. You may find the donation link through the Codes page.
  4. Moved the recently approved fan names over to the Fans section rather than at the index page.
Looks like that’s about it. Another project is on the way to please keep an eye out on that for future updates.


We're Moving

Hello everyone, we're super excited to announce that we will be moving to a new home (like an actual house). We’ve been wanting to move out after living at our old home for 8 years. I think it's about time we throw away a lot of things we don't need/use to the new house. The bad news is that Cerine and I will be busy packing and moving stuff which means there will be no upcoming updates for this month. We’ll also be starting our Fall semester for college and I’ll be starting my new job as well. Hopefully we’ll be able to do web stuff when we finalize everything and also in between school/work. Unfortunately, we’ll need to put our Pokémon collective on hold because it’s not complete yet. Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer break even though the weather here is so hot right now.
